Last week on Thursday, we had an amazing time learning how to cook and eat healthily.
We all learnt to eat breakfast everyday. Also we learnt that when you have toast, you should have brown bread rather than white because it has more fibre.
Later the Green and Orange Teams went head-to-head in a cooking competition. When they opened their mystery boxes, they found some interesting ingredients. The Green Team decided to make an Indian curry and salmon dish. Whilst the Orange Team choose to make an Italian pasta, salsa salad and twice cooked chicken with parmesan cheese on top.
The Green Team won over the children, but the Orange Team won over the adults. Overall, they were great dishes.
