Yesterday, the Badgemore children cycled, scootered, roller bladed and ran around the beautiful school grounds to raise money for the charity PIP. For the past five years Badgemore has taken part in PIP’s local mountain bike challenge.
Our governor, Bill Feeney is the director of PIP, said “It is great to see Badgemore pupils being active and we’re grateful for the money that they raised for the event. Badgemore and PIP have a lot in common: both being small grass root organisations which focus on individual support and education. It is great to see how a local school can contribute so much by being active and promoting awareness about disabled people.”
