Welcome to the Mini Science Museum

All Science Lessons at Badgemore are explored with an Enquiry Question at its core. These questions engage the pupils in active learning and critical thinking. The children have been answering the following Enquiry Questions as part of their home learning. Their work has been on show at Badgemore's Mini Science Museum:

Year 1: How can you show the ways our world changes across the four seasons??

Year 2: Why are some materials better for making different objects than others?

Year 3: What do humans and other animals need to consume to survive?

Year 4: 'How can we explore and protect the amazing habitats living things depend on?

Year 5/6: How do the properties of materials determine how it can be used or changed?

One of our parents shared, " The Mini museum was so incredibly sweet. The kids that were so proud of their work they stood guard to tell all were absolutely adorable and the excitement about peers work was so sweet! It was wonderful to see the creative work gone into projects! And fun to work on them with the kids!"
